Real & imagined

The recent paintings are varied in subject matter, unbound to topic and responsive to creative urges. Works are ‘edgy’ fixating themselves with the paranoia of modern-city life and the paradox of beauty and unpleasantness. Scales shift and viewpoints vary with subject matter pared down to a minimal essence. Realistic renditions engage with dreamlike absurdities; apparitions, toys and giant fleas.
